goal!

i met a goal i set out to accomplish about a year and 4 mos ago:
i lost a total of 50 lbs! 
but it's not only about the weight. 
i am feeling fitter than i have since my 20's.
my muscles are toner and my strength has improved. 
my endurance has improved as well.
 although i still cannot run for 30min without walking. 
that would be my next goal ;)
